Every wine born here carries the pulse of its soil: the slate that keeps the cold, the limestone that reflects the light, the saline air, the measured sun, the silence of altitude.

Andalucía in Garnet is a journey through the shades of red that inhabit this landscape:
the deep ruby of the Seville mountains, the dark cherry of Arcos;
from the rich garnet of Ronda to the luminous purple of the Granada terraces, and the bright ruby of La Axarquía.
Five reds, five ways of understanding light.

We don’t come only to taste wines.
We come to listen to what wine knows of this land — its depth and clarity, its patience and slow fire.
Because in every glass, a different way of being South is revealed.
Andalusia, even in its tinta, keeps writing itself in every shade of light.
And light is colour.
Today, the colour red.

 

🍇 In Andalucía in Garnet, you’ll taste five red wines made from different grape varieties grown across this region. You’ll learn to uncover their secrets — how to taste them, what to feel in their texture, and how to appreciate their nuances of colour, brightness, and aroma. But not only that — we will also listen to their stories, and to what the wine knows about this land: its depth and clarity, its patience and its slow-burning fire.

👩🏻 The tasting will be led by Mónica Martín, a Madrid-born oenologist based in La Axarquía, and a great connoisseur of Andalusian wines and vineyards.
